Popping the question and want it to be perfect i need opinions please?

I like it. If my boyfriend proposed to me like that I would be in tears (happy ones). It says 'I love you' a lot more than at a sports game or something like a lot of people do. Whoever said a private proposal, I don't know anyone that has a private proposal anymore, everyone likes taking their girlfriends out to dinner to propose.
