Ok so i need help i am so confussed?

it was my birthday yesterday and we went to an awesome restaurant i loved my surprise to be a chef for awhile so i was in the kitchen waitingin to get started and then the really cute waiter(he was our waiter for the night) walked in and asked me how old are u gonna be i said 15 he said oh im 23 i was like ok cool and then it was kinda silent for awhile then he said i wish you where older because i really like you since the first time i saw you 6 monthes ago( i have been to that restaurant about 6 times now) i was gonna say something but he said can i give you my number i was gonna say uhmm i guess so lol then i saw my mom coming so i walked away from him(my parents are very over protective ) so when i was done cooking my parents started talking to the chefs and i kept seeing him stare at me and i couldn't help but stare too and we stared at each other for the rest of the time i was there. so i dont know what to do im going back to the restaurant soon for one of my moms friends birthday and he is always there and i really dont know what to do and also my mom wanted me to take a picture with all the peole that were part of my day there(including him) and for the picture he put him arm around me .
