Are there any schools where you can go to and live like apt and pay rent while going to school?

I need to get away.. and I find myself depressed living here with parents o_0 and I was thinking well I need to go back to school , but I really don't want to be a full time student. but the thought of having my own space would be nice. So I was thinking are there any places where schools allow you to live maybe in a apartment and they charge you rent while going to school? and maybe allow you to have a room mate to help ?
