HI BUDGIE QUESTIONS ONLY ANSWER IF U ARE SURE?!?!?!?!?!?!?

hi my budgie has laid 2 eggs in her nesting box she laid one yesterday and 1 the day before and this morning i walked passed my room and saw my male budgie on my female BUT my females cere is white she was in breeding condition 2 months ago so will the eggs be fertile if she isn't in breeding condition but the male mounted her? and do they have 2 mate every time they need another egg????????????also my female rarely gets off the eggs and when she does its for a few minutes and sometimes my male even takes over??????????????????????
