I think my boyfriend wants to break up with me now?

Im 16 i've been with my boyfriend 6 months soon, and he's just been away for 2 weeks, and now he's got back, its like something changed, acting funny which he doesn't normally do, dosent really seem that bothered about us not talking for a while, whereas we couldnt stop talking to each other before he went , he's cheated on his past girlfriend, and i know him really well and somethings definitley changed, I've sort of got the feeling now that he just wants things to be over, he's the same age as me and has everything going for him at the moment, with football, so should i just act like he's acting and give him some space, so he can just be with his mates, or what should i do ? any help would be good thank you
