Labor Laws for Servers/Waiters in FL?

Absolutely you get breaks - however, understand that most of the time during your shift - there are times there is nothing to do - and then 40 people walk in at once. So obviously you cannot take "breaks during the rush hours" first it wouldn't pay - tips for sure.
