My dog is going crazy because he wants to mate with my female dog ? We can't go to sleep ? Help?

We're gonna get him fixed soon , but for now how do we make him stop ? He just wont give up scratching at the door becuz she's in the other room with my brother to keep them seperate . We cant go to sleep hes really loud . please help :(
