I'm 18, i work as a host at an amusement park where kids have their parties and i work off of tips......?

I work off of tips but a lot of the people don't tip me, i serve their food and drinks, take them to the party room and basically i am the waiter for them. I work off of tips because i only get paid 2.25 an hour! i hosted a party and didn't get a tip again this weekend. What can i do i feel so frusturated after doing all of that work for nothing!!
