How to NOT spill drinks on guests?

lol my server on my birthday at olive garden spilled my sweet tea on me right in my lap he had a broken arm and after my sister got his number. but i went to school that taught how to do that on a tray arrange and remove a specific way it takes practice but load ur tray and practice pulling drinks off one at a time until u learn the balance and which thing to pull off first so it doesnt go off balance
