How do you get over this at all?

There are so many other girls in the world! Yeah you dated her once but you should be happy for her right, she's happy. She would also want you to be happy and find a girl that would love you more than she ever did. Don't feel suicidal, there are other girls and give her your blessing, since your so close to the couple. Be happy for her and yourself, don't be upset!
